Description: Farming is a tough business, but these farmers have some tricks up their sleeves! Join Meghan Ochal & Erik de Guzman of Dicot Farm to learn their tricks for harvesting, washing, and storing greens efficiently (including a demo of a Quick Cut Greens Harvester, Coolbot-cooled walk-in, and retrofitted washing machine). Then, watch a presentation on a ‘cheat guide’ for pest management from Caroline Selle of Future Harvest CASA. Learn how to ID insects quickly and choose the most effective management methods from the organic farmer’s toolbox.
