Farming couple looking for land

We are a couple in our 30s looking to rent farmland. We have a bus that we are converting to a tiny house and we're building it to be off-grid so housing and hookups are not necessary. We're interested in growing perennial foods and medicinal herbs, and potentially would like to keep livestock if it's an option.

Ideally, we are hoping for a work-trade situation (working the land, handyman/mechanical help) to reduce the cost of rent, but are willing to pay rent for the right set-up.

Not sure if you found land already, but we have 16 acres in Denton,MD
It’s raw land and easily converted into a farmette- small livestock and small agricultural use would be perfect.
Let us know if you’re still looking....

Hi, Chelsea.
Are you still looking for a farm/place?
email at jzueva@gmail.com. We live on a 14 acres farmstead (focused on small pasture-raised poultry operation) in Waldorf, MD and looking for someone to start a vegetable farm. Hope to hear from you soon.

It is 35 feet; it's one of the full-length 11 window buses.

How big is your bus? There are no neighborhood covenants but I would need to do some research to see if there would be any issues with it from the county.

Hi Margo,

Thank you so much for reaching out with your offer to us! I just want to clarify that one of our priorities is to find is a spot to park our school bus tiny house. We are seeking a place to live as well as to farm. Would that be a possibility on your property? I know a lot of urban and suburban neighborhoods frown upon having unusual or commercial vehicles.
