We are a couple in our 30s looking to rent farmland. We have a bus that we are converting to a tiny house and we're building it to be off-grid so housing and hookups are not necessary. We're interested in growing perennial foods and medicinal herbs, and potentially would like to keep livestock if it's an option.
Ideally, we are hoping for a work-trade situation (working the land, handyman/mechanical help) to reduce the cost of rent, but are willing to pay rent for the right set-up.
Hi Chelsea, I have a bunch of acres in Montgomery county available that I’m looking to workout a deal with someone to rent or lease the land .. im open to a lot of options, going by your post we may be able
To work something out to benefit both of us. Feel free to email me at Alexandrabishop1991@outlook.com or give me a call at 301 377 3729
Thank you so much for reaching out with your offer to us! I just want to clarify that one of our priorities is to find is a spot to park our school bus tiny house. We are seeking a place to live as well as to farm. Would that be a possibility on your property? I know a lot of urban and suburban neighborhoods frown upon having unusual or commercial vehicles.
How much land are you looking for and where? I have a half acre yard, some of which is already growing some perennial foods and medicinal herbs which I would love to see expanded. I live in Ellicott City and am interested in a a work trade situation. Let me know if you would like to discuss.
